The Qatar Society of Ophthalmology (QSO) was established on January 24, 2024, by leading ophthalmologists in Qatar as a society within the Qatar Medical Association (QMA). As a new member of both the Gulf Ophthalmology Societies and MEACO Ophthalmology Societies, QSO is working to bring all ophthalmologist in the state of Qatar under one umbrella focusing on bringing the best praxis to our patient and the promotion and advancement of the field of ophthalmology.
